Adriana Montoya
Adriana Carolina Montoya is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in Colombia. She earned her law degree from the University of La Sabana in Colombia and specialized in administrative law at the University of Rosario in Bogotá, Colombia. Adriana also holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Rosario. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Intercultural Human Rights at St. Thomas University School of Law.
Adriana has worked at the Tribunal Superior of Bogotá, Sala Civil, and served as CEO of the law firm Am Grupo Jurídico, gaining extensive experience in various areas of law, including commercial, corporate, civil, labor, and administrative law. Born in Villavicencio, Colombia, she lived in Bogotá for many years before immigrating to the United States. Now a proud Colombian-American citizen, Adriana is committed to helping others realize their dreams.
She is a member of the Colombian American Bar Association (Colbar).
Adriana immigrated to the U.S. where he currently lives and has a good experience in the formation of U.S. entities.
Andrea is not licensed to practice law in the US, her services are not offered as legal advisor in the US.
