Hector Manuel Galeano
Hector M. Galeano is a licensed Attorney admitted to practice law in Colombia. He obtained his law
degree in Colombia from the School of law of the University Externado of Colombia.
Hector has many years of experience in different matters including business law, civil law, contracts
law and others in Colombia. His experience has led him to support different legal proceedings in
different regions of Colombia, provide legal support in negotiations involving clients in Colombia and
LATAM, and the preparation of documents, testaments, deeds, contracts, power of attorneys and
other documents valid only in Colombia and Colombian consulates in the U.S.
Hector immigrated to the U.S. where he currently lives and has a good experience in the formation
of U.S. entities.
Hector is not licensed to practice law in the US, his services are not offered as legal advisor or legal consultant in the US.
