Once you have selected the type of services you desire from our company, we can provide you with the list of documents and/or information we will need to process your request. Our services in the formation of business are:
- Name availability verification;
- Formation of the U.S. entity (LLC, S-corp, corporations, LP, etc);
- Articles of Organization;
- Registered agent alternatives;
- FEIN Number application, required to open bank account and for tax purposes;
- FinCEN initial report. (Starting January 1,2024, many companies are required to report information to the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) about the individuals who ultimately own or control them. Companies created on or after January 1, 2024, will have 90 calendar days from the date of receiving actual or public notice of their creation or registration becoming effective to file their initial report.)
